Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Telecaller to join our growing sales team. As a Telecaller at Fasttend, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business by connecting with potential customers and showcasing the value of our services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage potential clients, provide them with product information, address their inquiries, and generate leads that contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or generated lists.

Introduce our website builder to potential clients and highlight their benefits.

Answer potential customers' questions and address their concerns regarding our offerings.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio to effectively communicate features and advantages.

Record accurate and detailed information on conversations in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and product developments.


Qualifications:

Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role.

Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to understand customer needs and tailor conversations accordingly.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.

Any Graduate; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
